Guest Terms and Conditions

  • When using the space and its facilities, please handle them responsibly and with the utmost care.

  • Please note that you cannot use any of the spaces for more than one month in a row.

  • GUEST HOUSE (hereinafter referred to as "our company") Tonbori Accommodations (hereafter referred to as "we") will not be responsible for any accidents such as human noses, theft or damage to external items or exhibits,etc., resulting from the use of the facilities, etc., the event of damage or loss of incidental facilities or fixtures of the space,you may be asked to compensate for the cost of repair or other damages.If you are unable to use the space due to any of the above reasons, you may be asked to pay the actual cost of the damages.In this case, the full amount of the claim including the actual cost of repairs and damages must be paid on the date of payment based on the claim.

  • Guest shall have no objection to this and shall not make payment of money or make any other claim against the Company. Please note that no discount or refund will be given in the event that a guest leaves during the contracted usage time.

  • If the space rental fee is not paid by the date of payment, a late fee of 14.6% per annum will be charged from the day following the due date until payment is made.

  • the end of use, you are not allowed to enter the space without our permission.

  • The space usage fee does not include consumption tax.

  • it is discovered that you are using the space without a reservation, or if you use the space without our approval for more than the specified time and do not leave immediately, we will charge you 5 times the amount of the fee for the use of the space.

  • If you do not leave within the time limit for use and do not remove the luggage or merchandise brought in by the time limit for leaving, you will be deemed to have relinquished ownership of the luggage or merchandise, and it may be moved, removed from the space, disposed of, or in some cases, disposed of.If there is a delay in moving out, we will charge 5 times the space usage fee per day as a late fee, including the days required for restoring the space to its original condition.The actual cost of transportation and cleaning will be charged separately.

  • Please return the key at the end of use as specified by us.

  • The reserved space can be used only by the person who made the reservation. The right of use cannot be transferred to a third party without our permission.

  • The use of any space does not grant any inherent rights to the guest, such as the right of tenancy, the right of independent occupancy, or the right to operate a business, nor does it create any such rights.

  • In the event of damage, defacement, loss, etc. of the facilities or fixtures, the guest will be billed for the actual cost of the damageThe Company will make the actual costs of such damage.Guests shall be responsible for their own equipment and goods and shall not be liable to the Company for any theft, loss, fire, damage, etc.

 

Special rules for accommodation

  • Guests who wish to apply for accommodation are requested to provide the following information.

  1. Name, telephone number, and e-mail address of the representative of the guests.

  2. Date of stay and estimated time of arrival

  3. Other items deemed necessary by the Company

  • If the guest requests to continue the stay beyond the date of stay as specified in the second item of the preceding paragraph during the stay, the Company shall treat the request as a new request for stay at the time it is made.

  • Please note that we may request the display of a passport, driver's license, or other nave to verify the guest's identity.

Disclaimer of Liability

  • Guests agree that the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from any of the following

  1. Damage caused by cancellation of reservations or applications or changes in the daily schedule

  2. Damage caused by unauthorized use, damage to property, unapproved cancellation, theft, accident, malfunction, fire, natural disaster, fire leak or other trouble occurring in the space or the building concerned.

  3. Any and all damages such as business compensation, transportation expenses, and labor costs, etc. in the event that the space is not available for use on the day of the event or is unavailable for use during the day of the event.

  4. Damage caused by the use of this service by the Guest to the Company, other Guests or third parties, or damage caused by an accident.

  5. Any damage caused by violation of the cancellation policy and precautions described in TOMBORI GUEST HOUSE Terms and Conditions and on each page of the website.

Restrictions on use

  • Please note that we will not be able to accept your application if the organizer of the event or the person who will be attending the event has any of the following reasons

  1. Person who is violent gangs, companies or organizations affiliated with violent groups, general assemblymen, extremist groups, other antisocial forces, or their equivalents (hereinafter referred to as "gangsters, etc.").

  2. If you are a legal person or other organization whose business activities are supported by a gangster or a person related to a gangster.

  3. If an officer (This term refers to a director, executive officer, or any other equivalent), employee, or related person is a member of or related to a crime syndicate, etc.

  4. If you make any language that causes significant inconvenience to other customers of the Company.

  5. The person makes violent, threatening, blackmailing, or intimidating demands to us or our company, or demands a burden that exceeds a reasonable range. If it is recognized that the applicant has committed a similar act in the past.

  6. When it is recognized that there is a possibility that the Guest may act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals in connection with the use.

  7. When it is clearly recognized that the guest who intends to stay is suffering from a contagious disease.

  8. When there is no space available due to full occupancy.

  9. In the event that the room cannot be used due to a natural disaster, breakdown of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.

  10. When the space falls under the provisions of the local ordinances and regulations of the area where the space is located.

Discontinuation of Use

  1. Please note that even after a reservation has been made and even during use, we may stop your use if any of the following items apply.In the event that we have requested an explanation from the guest regarding the applicability of any of the following items, but have not received a reasonable explanation within a period of time determined by us, the guest shall be deemed to have committed the act that corresponds to each item.

  2. In the case that the purpose of use at the time of application, the submitted event plan, etc. and the method of use are not in accordance with the facts.

  3. When it causes inconvenience to other space users or other companies related to the space.

  4. If a guest subleases the space to a third party without our permission.

  5.  When it is deemed inappropriate from the standpoint of public morals or safety management.

  6.  If you bring in or use equipment that exceeds common sense.

  7. When there is an order of suspension from the relevant government agencies.

  8.  In the case that the Guests do not follow our terms of use, prohibitions and precautions applied to the Guests of this service and our precautions.

  9.  When it is recognized that a person belonging to a crime syndicate, etc. is trying to use the site.

  10. When it is recognized that there is a possibility that the Guest may act against the provisions of the law, public order or good morals in connection with the use.

  11. When it is recognized that there is a possibility that the Guest may act against the provisions of the law, public order or good morals in connection with the use.

  12. In the event that the room cannot be used due to a natural disaster, a breakdown of the facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.

Prohibited behaviors

  • In principle, beds and bathrooms are prohibited in the rental space.

  • Sales of products forbidden by laws and regulations.

  • Public order and morals, and the sale of obscene or illegal products.

  • Bringing in or selling dangerous items, items that cause noise or vibration, animals, pets, or equipment that is beyond the bounds of common sense.

  • Acting in a manner different from that described in the application.

  • Selling items that may infringe on the rights or interests of others.

  • Languages, actions, noises, etc. that may cause inconvenience to the occupants of the same building as ours or to other guests.

  • Any act that causes disadvantage to the Company (including, but not limited to, use of the room after the reserved time or damage to the fixtures). In the event that the Company is found to have committed an act detrimental to the Company, if the member has already withdrawn from the membership or cannot be contacted at all by the time the Company contacts the member, the member will be charged with a penalty of up to one hundred thousand yen. (Please understand that we may have no choice but to disclose personal information such as guest name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.)

  • Any activity that may lead to direct negotiation or contract with us without our approval.

  • Activities to stay in a space that has not been reserved for you.

  • Allow more than the maximum number of persons to enter the room.

  • Any consumption of food or beverages without our permission.

  • Receiving mail in the space without the Company's consent

  • Other acts prohibited by law.

  • If the Company deems it necessary, the Company may change these "Guest Terms and Conditions" and will notify the Guest of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.If the Guest uses the Service after notification of such changes, or if the Guest does not cancel the user registration within the period of time specified by the Company, the Guest will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in these Terms of Use.
